Saray Cáliz holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Almería and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the European University of Madrid. Currently, she combines teaching at the European University of Madrid and in a program at the University of Minnesota with another one of her passions: clinical practice. Saray has been working as a clinical psychologist since 2017. Throughout these years, she has had the privilege of working with individuals of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds, providing them with a safe and confidential space to address their concerns and emotional challenges.
On a personal level, Saray lived abroad for different periods of her life (in Australia and Poland), which has allowed her to understand firsthand the challenges that expatriates and sojourners face. Because of this, she has specialized in working with the international population, addressing all the difficulties associated with cultural adaptation processes. Saray aims to provide comprehensive and empathetic support to those immersed in situations of change and cultural transition.
Her therapeutic approach is based on a combination of scientifically supported techniques and methodologies, primarily working with third-generation techniques tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Establishing an honest and trusting relationship with her patients to understand their experiences and guide them toward problem resolution, personal growth, and overall well-being is another one of her main objectives.
Additionally, Saray offers Spanish and English services, allowing her to provide accessible and personalized care based on individual needs. She is committed to helping individuals explore their potential, overcome day-to-day challenges, and achieve a fulfilling and meaningful life in line with their values. Don't hesitate to contact her to start your journey toward well-being.
