Daniel focuses his work on individual and couples therapy with adults and adolescents. He uses an integrated therapy approach tailored to meet each patient's individual needs. He specializes in techniques such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness.
He studied Psychology at the Autonomous University of Madrid and completed a Master's in Clinical Psychology at the prestigious Alfonso X El Sabio University. Since 2018, Daniel has been actively working in both social and clinical sectors in Spain and Ireland.
Born with dual nationalities (Spanish and American) and fluent in both of his native languages, Daniel offers therapy in English and Spanish. He has lived in four different countries (Spain, the United States, Ireland, and Norway), which has made him highly sensitive to and aware of multicultural factors in counseling.ç
In addition to being a therapist, Daniel is a professional musician who enjoys incorporating art with a therapeutic purpose. He also focuses on counseling fellow artists, helping them at all stages of their creative process.
